Timp Harley’s Ladies Only Riding Classes

Timpanogos Harley-Davidson’s Riding Academy is the first in the state of Utah to consistently offer designated classes for women that are interested in learning how to ride. We know how intimidating learning to ride can be and we’ve developed a specialty course targeted to create a stress-free environment for all wanting the joys of being on the open road.
No pressure | No judgment | No experience needed.

2018 Scheduled dates:
March 28^th-31^st
June 6^th–9^th
July 25^th–28^th
September 5^th-9^th
October 3^rd-6^th

 You will learn on our provided Street 500cc motorcycles – and test on both a Street 500 and a Street 750 in order to obtain the full endorsement with the state of Utah.

We’ll teach you how to ride a motorcycle, including instructions on how to safely accelerate, shift, brake, and turn, as well as controlling skids and negotiating obstacles. You’ll receive in-class and on-range direction from Motorcycle Safety Foundation® (MSF) instructors, as well as H-D® Certified Coaches. And you can earn the MSF Basic RiderCourse Completion Card, which will exempt you from having to take the riding portion of your licensing exam at the DMV and actually earn you a discount on your motorcycle insurance.

Here’s what you get when you entrust your motorcycle to us:

• During its stay, we provide a safety inspection for your motorcycle.
• We add a fuel stabilizer to a full tank of gas. Then we run the engine to ensure that the stabilizer moves through the entire fuel system.
• We remove the motorcycle’s battery and perform charging-system diagnostics.
• We supply a battery tender and cover (if necessary), and we also install battery tender leads.
• We store your motorcycle with the battery tender connected, and we keep it covered until you come to pick it up.
• We spray and wash your motorcycle prior to its storage and afterward.
• And we also provide exclusive monthly offers for those who take advantage of our Winter Storage services.

Pink Ribbon Rally –lots of pink.

For those of you unable to make it to this year’s Pink Ribbon Rally.
We were able to raise funds for an amazing cause and have a great time doing it.

We would like to thank all those involved that helped to make this such a memorable fundraiser in order to continue for many years to come.

Special thanks to Julianne Brough who graced us with her amazing voice and talent.

Pink Ribbon Rally

This November, we will be hosting our first ever Pink Ribbon Rally at Timpanogos Harley-Davidson to focus on helping those fighting the battle.

In 2017, over 250,000 estimated new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S., along with more than 64,000 new cases of non-invasive breast cancer. According to www.breastcancer.org, a non-profit organization.

The average costs for treatment differs based on expense of surgery, additional treatments, and chemotherapy; not to mention the pain and suffering that goes along with it.

at Timpanogos Harley-Davidson and make a difference. We’ll be hosting a fundraiser with FREE food, giveaways, a raffle, and much much more!

Seth Potter’s Memorial Run | Scenic View Academy

A thank you from those at Scenic View Academy: THANK YOU! What a great event this year! In spite of colder weather, we had an excellent showing to this year’s rally, and we couldn’t be happier. This year we made many new friends, spread the word about autism, & even had a beautiful quilt (see below) raffled by the Central Utah Harley Owners Group. We are so grateful to you for helping make this event a success. Seth would be proud. Please join us next year as we continue this great tradition. Seth’s Story Seth Potter, a long-term sales associate with Timpanogos Harley-Davidson was know for his generous heart and his passion for riding. A passion he shared with his brother Adam, an adult on the autism spectrum. In the fall of 2014, Seth created the first Rally for Autism to show support for Adam, and other adults with Autism through ScenicView Academy. In December of that same year, Seth was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident. The annual ScenicView Academy Rally for Autism lives on as Seth’s legacy. Please join us for one of the most scenic rides in Utah, to show support for adults on the autism spectrum, and to honor Seth’s memory..
